STUDENT AGREEMENT
Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking (PT-Skills Upgrading)
Offered by SysCare IT Solutions Pvt Ltd

This Student Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking (PT-Skills Upgrading) Training conducted by Syscare.

1. Eligibility

To enroll, the student must fulfill one of the following:

  • Provide a letter confirming experience in the IT field, OR
  • Submit an IT-related certification, OR
  • Pass SysCare's IT knowledge assessment (MCQ-based).
2. Course Structure
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Mode: Online (live or pre-recorded sessions)
  • Provided: Course materials, lab manuals, and access to virtual/cloud platforms
  • Hours:
    • Theory: 40 hours
    • Practical: 20 hours
    • Self-study: 800 hours
3. CEH v13 Materials

Students must purchase official CEH v13 materials separately.

Note: Students who already have CEH v13 materials are exempt from the course fee.

4. Certification
  • Certificate in Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking (Skill Upgrade) after passing all module assessments and final exam
  • CEH exam preparation guidance (if applicable)
  • Physical certificate available for an additional fee

5. Assessment & Attendance
  • 20 MCQ assessments (1 hour each, 70% pass mark)
  • Optional: 6 extended MCQ papers (4 hours each)
  • Final Exam: 70% required to pass
  • Practical labs: Optional, but all module quizzes must be completed before the final exam
  • Attendance Requirement: Students must attend at least 80% of live classes to be eligible for the final exam.

If attendance is below 80%, students must complete an additional assessment to qualify.

6. Fees
  • Registration Fee: LKR 2,000 (mandatory)
  • Course Fee: LKR 45,000 (waved for students with CEH v13 materials)
  • Exam Fee: LKR 5,000
  • Repeat Exam Fee: LKR 3,000
  • Physical Certificate Fee: LKR 2,500 (optional)

All fees are non-refundable and must be paid before accessing the course.

7. Declaration

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. I will fulfill all course requirements, maintain attendance, and complete assessments honestly.
